About CBM
Are you interested in working for a non-profit Organisation?
These are your responsibilities
- Contact person for the planning, organization and logistics of trainings in person (travel, transport, training location) as well as remote
- Supporting the training teams during the workshops in organizational and logistical matters as required
- Co-designing online training courses as a technical moderator as required
- Assisting with the compilation, analysis and evaluation of training courses
- Revision of information materials and training modules (proofreading for user-friendliness, formatting, accessibility, ensuring completeness)
These are your qualifications
- Enrolled student* at a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant subject area
- Interest and initial experience in international or capacity development and training, studies in a related field
- Interest /initial experience in disability inclusion / disability inclusive development
- Knowledge of administration & secretarial work in the organization of meetings and conferences (focus on logistical and administrative support)
- Languages skills - English (professional proficiency), German/French/Spanish (advantageous)
- IT affinity ( MS Office package, MS SharePoint Solutions, Web Conferencing Software e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- A service oriented and pro-active mind set
- Written communication skills
- A result driven and reliable way of doing things
- Identification with Christian values and the mandate of CBM
