We are looking forward to recruting a CRM IT Specialist for our IT Team Resource Mobilisation in Bensheim (39 hours/week, permanent).
 

These are your responsibilities

  • Consult on, implement and roll out concepts for marketing and CRM requirements together with our Fundraising teams
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM platform and interfaces
  • Identify technology opportunities and support a future oriented transformation of our fundraising
  • Enable AI and BI based analytics and content creation
  • Offer 2nd level support for the fundraising environment
  • Manage relationships with external service providers 
     

These are your qualifications

  • Master’s degree in IT or another technical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Solid experience in CRM system administration, preferably with Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data analytics
  • Ability to transform business ideas into architectural designs and facilitate solution processes
  • Excellent working knowledge of the German and English language
  • Identification with Christian values and the mandate of the CBM
